Conceived of a social media measurement metric: The Recommendation Index, an evolution of Net Promoter Score. Released as a joint venture between two Omnicom firms, featured in the New York Times upon launch, and awarded the Holmes Report’s coveted Iron Sabre Product of the Year. Index highlighted where, why, and how brands were currently being recommended by consumers. Embraced by leading brands such as Rite Aid & California Pizza Kitchen, with CPK emblazoning index logo on frozen food packaging.
